You can place your order securely through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also place your order by calling us at 704.495.4362 any day before 8pm EST. We accept all major credit cards for payment via PayPal to assure the highest security for payment processing. We do not accept payments by check at this time. If you have any problems using your credit card to complete an order, please call us at 704.495.4362 and we’ll be happy to assist you. We look forward to serving your truffle needs.

If you have questions about a recent order, need to find out the status or modify your order, you can email customer service at [email protected] anytime or call us at 704.495.4362 any day before 8 pm EST. A customer support representative will respond the same or the next business day.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 working days, subject to stock availability. You will receive your tracking number via email the day your order is shipped. All orders will be shipped for next day delivery.

  • Orders placed before 3pm EST will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the next day.
  • Orders placed on Friday and the weekend will be shipped next business day.
  • Currently we only ship to continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. We are not able to ship to US territories or other provinces yet. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • All orders will be shipped overnight for next day delivery. We strongly recommend someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address provided, to ensure items are refrigerated after delivery.
    (We cannot be responsible for any packages left outside for prolonged periods of time or overnight)
  • If nobody is at the delivery address provided, it’s up to the delivery driver’s discretion to leave the package at the door. In an instance where the driver deems area to be unsafe, a note for redelivery attempt or personal pick up will be left at the door.
  • All orders over $700 in value will require a signature and someone will need to be present at the shipping address provided to receive the package.

We take a very active approach to combating fraud and theft, both with orders placed for our products and keeping your information safe and secure. It is a violation of State and Federal law to place orders under a false name or with an invalid or stolen credit card. We will take all steps possible to prosecute all people placing fraudulent orders to the fullest extent of the law possible. If we deem any order as a potential for fraud, we may require additional information to confirm the validity of your order, including a picture of the credit card used along with a valid government issued identification.

We take equal steps to ensure that when you order with us your information is protected and secure. We employ advanced encryption methods and use SSL technology to ensure that any information you submit to us is safe and secure. We also work with independent third party companies that monitor our website daily and notify us of any potential vulnerability that hackers could exploit, which, if found, we then immediately correct.

Orders are eligible for replacement, refund or merchandise credit only if damages are a direct consequence of Toska Truffles negligence.
However, we cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from but not limited to the following:

  • Items and products compromised or damaged due to delays caused by weather-related incidents, acts of nature or other catastrophic events that are out of Toska Truffles control.
  • Items and products compromised or damaged because nobody was home to receive the order and the package was left at the door overnight.
  • Items and products compromised or damaged after first attempted delivery was unsuccessful because nobody was available to sign for the receipt of the package when “Signature Required” is in effect.
  • Incorrect delivery address(es) listed. *When applicable, please be sure to list all apartment, suite and floor numbers*.
  • Spoilages caused from unopened and/or unrefrigerated packages. All orders will be marked as “perishable” when applicable.

Upon receipt of package, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any issues immediately. Any and all claims must be filed by email to [email protected] within 24 hours from the time of receipt and be accompanied by photographic evidence of damages and the original receipt or gift receipt. Briefly describe the reasons of your claim in and indicate whether you would like an order replacement or merchandise credit.

We guarantee that your order will arrive in excellent condition. Perishable items are not eligible for returns and are considered a final sale. However at our sole discretion, we may issue you a credit or resend your order if the product is not in excellent condition. You must contact us immediately and provide us with proof through pictures or videos of the damaged products to be considered for credit or refund.

Returns are allowed for non-perishable items, as long as you contact us within 24 hours from the time of receipt and if the product is still in its original packaging and condition. Upon approval of your request, we will require the item(s) to be returned in the original condition and in the complete and undamaged packaging within 21 days of the order date. The merchandise credit will not be processed if the item is not returned to us in the condition stated above. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by the delivery slip and/or receipt from the original order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note, you will be responsible for covering shipping charges, both for the return and replacement shipments.
